Report a problem
Include the following so support can reproduce the issue:
- The affected subdomain and your GitHub username.
- What you expected and what happened.
- The exact error message and approximate time, including your timezone.
- The steps you tried, plus relevant screenshots or DNS output.
Do not include passwords, session cookies, access tokens, or private keys.
Report abuse
Include the full address or URL, what you observed, when you observed it, and relevant evidence. Use the abuse email for material that should not be posted publicly.
Account settings
Open Settings in the dashboard for available account controls. Account deletion is a separate action from deleting a subdomain; read its confirmation carefully before continuing.
